This 1/2 day course is designed to give delegates the knowledge and skills required to ensure excellent hygiene in the food industry.

- Identify the range of hazards associated with food premises and understand how to spot them
- Understand the role of reporting procedures
- Understand the importance of risk control measures
- Identify ways to reduce risks or eliminate hazards
